Q. What forms of payments do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. We also accept Roma gift cards. The code for the gift card is entered at check out.
Q. Does Roma Boots ship to P.O. Boxes?
A. No. All orders are shipped via FedEx, and FedEx does not ship packages to P.O. boxes.
Q. How much is shipping and handling?
A. Shipping is a standard $12.95 anywhere in the continental Unites States
Q. How long does it take to receive my boots once I placed my order?
A. 2 to 5 business days
Q. What if I don’t want a pair of rain boots, can I still buy a pair for a child in need or make a donation?
A. Yes! You can CLICK HERE or send a donation by check to Roma For All, P.O. Box 602011, Dallas, TX 75360.
Q. What is your exchange/return policy?
A. Due to our one-for-one charity structure, we have a no-return policy, however, we do accept unworn boots for exchange and do not charge for shipping on the exchange.
Q. How do I exchange my boots?
A. You just ship your old pair to us, and, once we receive them, we mail out your new pair. There are no shipping costs for exchange.
